Guided On-Campus Visit Programs

During this two-hour program, you will start out with a presentation from one of our Admissions Counselors outlining general information about UMD. You will then go out on a campus tour with one of our student Bulldog Tour Guides. During the tour, you will see much of what UMD has to offer including a residence hall, the Superior Dining Center, academic departments, fitness center, the Kathryn A. Martin Library, and so much more! Explore UMD to see first-hand if we are the right fit for you!

Self-Guided On-Campus Tours

Self-guided tours provide flexibility and allow the freedom to explore campus on your own. Booklets can be found in the information rack outside the Office of Admissions in Solon Campus Center (SCC 41) or you can access a digital version and campus map in our Visit Resources section below.

Registration for self-guided tours is not required, but we do encourage you to stop by during our office hours for any questions you may have. Our Admissions Counselors are available and happy to help you learn more about UMD! Find your counselor at d.umn.edu/connect. The Office of Admissions is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (with the exception of holidays).

Virtual Tours

Group Programs
